Who we are
Empower2B Foundation is dedicated to Empower and Guide the new generation 2B whatever they put their minds to. Through Employment Support, Entrepreneurial Guidance, and Personal Development.
Get to know how we started
Inspired by my mother's dedication as a federal worker and my father's entrepreneurial spirit, I straddled two worlds. First, I followed in my mother's footsteps, working as a social worker in state and federal government. However, a burning desire for a greater impact led me down my father's entrepreneurial path. With newfound determination, I embraced the belief that my best years were yet to come and founded Empower2B.
Samuel, fueled by his love of boxing and a passion ignited within, turned a youthful punishment into a lifelong calling. From church kitchen duty to renowned Executive Chef and restauranteur, he embodies the transformative power of discovering one's potential.

OUR MISSION
We teach, train, and empower youth and adults from marginalized communities to achieve greater health and wellness.
Our Legacy, Your Future
We, Sam and Alice-Marie, hail from a lineage of community leaders. Our families instilled in us the importance of service and empowerment – pastors, nurses, and entrepreneurs, they built a legacy of giving and lifting others. We founded Empower2B to continue that tradition, to guide and ignite the potential of today's youth, young adults, men, and women. We walk alongside them as they shape their futures because when one generation empowers another, incredible things happen.
The Empower2B envisions to:
